Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how INVARO LIVING handles refund requests for digital fitness and lifestyle products, downloadable guides, instructional resources, beginner programs, mobility materials, and related educational content. Because our products are primarily digital, refund eligibility depends on the type of product, delivery status, access status, and the reason for the request.

1. Digital Product Nature

INVARO LIVING sells digital educational materials that may be delivered immediately or shortly after purchase. These products may include downloadable files, PDF guides, structured programs, instructional notes, home training plans, mobility resources, and other self-guided digital content. Once digital content has been delivered, downloaded, opened, accessed, or substantially fulfilled, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

2. General Refund Position

We aim to be fair and reasonable. However, due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales may be considered final once access has been granted or the file has been delivered. Refunds are not guaranteed simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, expected a different training style, did not read the product description, or purchased the wrong product by mistake.

3. When a Refund May Be Considered

INVARO LIVING may review refund requests in specific situations, including but not limited to:

  • A duplicate purchase of the same digital product was made by accident.
  • The customer was charged incorrectly because of a technical or checkout error.
  • The digital file was not delivered and reasonable support steps did not resolve the issue.
  • The product description contained a material error that affected the customer’s purchase decision.
  • The delivered file was corrupted and a replacement file could not be provided.

4. When Refunds Are Usually Not Available

Refunds are usually not available in the following situations:

  • The customer has already downloaded, accessed, or received the digital product.
  • The customer decided the material is not personally suitable after access was provided.
  • The customer did not follow the instructions or did not complete the program.
  • The customer expected medical, therapeutic, customized coaching, or one-on-one training services.
  • The customer provided an incorrect email address but the product was delivered to the information provided.
  • The customer’s device, software, browser, storage settings, or email filters prevented access.
  • The request is made after a substantial period without a clear delivery or billing issue.

5. Fitness and Suitability Disclaimer

Refunds are not granted because a user determines after purchase that an exercise, mobility practice, flexibility routine, or body-control progression is too easy, too difficult, or not aligned with their physical condition. Customers are responsible for reviewing available descriptions and understanding that digital fitness resources are educational and self-guided. They are not medical advice, rehabilitation programs, physical therapy, or personalized coaching.

6. How to Request a Refund Review

To request a refund review, contact INVARO LIVING using the contact information at the end of this policy. Include your full name, order information, purchase date, email used at checkout, product name, and a clear explanation of the issue. Missing information may delay review.

A refund request does not guarantee approval. We may ask for additional details, screenshots, proof of duplicate payment, or information about delivery/access problems. If the issue can be resolved by resending a file, correcting an email address, or providing access instructions, we may offer that solution instead of a refund.

7. Review Timeline

Refund reviews are handled as reasonably as possible based on the details provided. Processing times may vary depending on payment processor rules, bank timelines, order history, and the complexity of the request. If approved, refunds are generally issued to the original payment method where possible.

8. Partial Refunds and Store Credit

In some cases, INVARO LIVING may offer a partial refund, replacement file, alternative digital material, or store credit instead of a full refund. This may apply where the customer has accessed some materials, where a product bundle includes multiple resources, or where a technical issue affects only part of an order.

9. Bundles and Promotional Offers

If a digital bundle, discounted product, promotional package, or multi-resource set is purchased, refund evaluation may consider the bundle as a whole. Individual components may not be refundable separately. Promotional discounts, limited-time offers, and coupon codes generally cannot be retroactively applied to prior purchases.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a billing issue, please contact us first so we can review the matter. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting INVARO LIVING may delay resolution. We reserve the right to provide order records, delivery evidence, access logs, customer communication, and other relevant information to payment processors or financial institutions in response to disputes.

11. Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe a purchase was made without authorization, contact your payment provider and notify INVARO LIVING with the order details. We may suspend access to the digital product while the matter is reviewed. Fraudulent use of payment methods, false claims, or abuse of refund processes may result in refusal of future orders.

12. Product Updates

INVARO LIVING may update, revise, improve, or reorganize digital products over time. A later update, design change, formatting change, or price change does not automatically create refund eligibility for a previous purchase.

13. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page will apply to refund requests made after the listed update date. Continued use of the website or purchase of digital products after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
